- Work only 15 weeks per year
- Typical schedule is 7 nights on/14 off, then 7 nights on/21 off (flexible)
- Responsibilities include resident supervision and education
- Employed position that offers a competitive salary plus bonus, full benefits package, malpractice coverage, and retirement plans
