Job Description

Great Interventional Radiology Opportunity in one of Norman Crampton's 100 Best Small Towns in America! Cleveland is located approximately 2 hours south of Memphis, TN, near the MS River. It's a college-town (Delta State University) with a very low crime rate, excellent locally owned and operated restaurants and downtown shops. Cleveland is the 1st outside of Los Angeles, CA to have a Grammy Museum. This is due to the heavy emphasis on music and the arts in our community. We also have a Performing Arts Center, excellent park commission program for kids involved in sports, a dance studio, state of the art aquatic center, state of the art recording studio (part of the Delta Music Institute), top ranked public schools, and several private school choices. The Mississippi River is 17 miles away, so hunting and fishing opportunities abound in this area as well. We are a small town with lots to offer!

Located in the heart of the legendary Mississippi Delta – halfway between Memphis, Tennessee and Jackson, Mississippi – Cleveland combines the charm of a small town with the educational and cultural opportunities of a much larger city. Delta State University offers an abundance of activities and classes for all ages, and the school's 1,200-seat Bologna Performing Arts Center is a hub for the city's arts and entertainment scene. Fielding Wright Art Center exhibits contemporary art by regional, national and international artists in its spacious gallery. And Cleveland's downtown shopping district is known as the "Shopping Mecca of the Delta."

Seven area lakes beckon fishing enthusiasts to try their luck with bream, crappie, bass and catfish. The Dahomey National Wildlife Refuge promises excellent bird watching and seasonal public hunting. Golfers can tee off at two local courses. The city's Park Commission maintains 12 local parks with recreation opportunities for all ages. And just 18 miles west lies Great River Road State Park, with campgrounds, picnic areas and a lookout tower to view the mighty Mississippi.

Strong base/guarantee salary plus productivity incentives. Sign-on bonus, relocation, malpractice, CME, professional dues, retirement, health benefits and additional comprehensive benefits. JO-2001-34694
