Hiring a Night Shift Radiologist for a large health system network in New York City. The Night Shift Radiologist must have experience in Diagnostic Radiology, Neuroradiology or Body Imaging. There will be opportunities for faculty appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide overnight Radiology coverage in one teaching location while providing teleradiology for other hospital locations.
  • Educate and supervise residents
  • Facilitate educational lectures and seminars
  • Participate in interdepartmental conferences
  • Participate in scholarly activities as outlined by the Radiology RRC
  • Schedule consists of:
    • Overnight flexible shift between (8pm ? 8am)
    • 7 nights on, 14 nights off
    • Monday-Friday: 10-hour shifts
    • Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays: 12-hour shifts

Requirements:

  • MD/DO degree
  • ABR certified in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Valid NYS medical license
  • Fellowship training in Emergency Radiology, Neuroradiology, Body Imaging
  • 5+ years clinical experience
  • Ability to read CT, MRI, CR, and Emergency Nuclear Medicine Studies
