Alliance Health Staffing is seeking BC/BE Radiologists to assist with a new Locum Tenens opportunity near Sacramento CA. This assignment starts in mid February through the End of June 2020. This assignment may be extended. MUST BE WILLING TO READ CHEST.

Details:
- Must be ABR Certified
- Schedule: 40hrs/week, M-F. 8-5.
- Patient population/age: Pediatrics to Geriatrics
- Required skillset: Clinical expertise in all aspects of cardiothoracic imaging including chest radiography, chest and cardiac CT/MRI and image-guided biopsy are desired
- Typically we would want people who are able to read both chest x-rays and chest CT scans, depending on the daily need.
- 125 -150 chest x-rays per day, if reading only chest x-rays.
- If only chest CTs, about 30 -35 per day
- No Call. But may occasionally need to cover weekend day shifts, which typically involve require 55 chest x-rays plus 25 chest CT scans.
- Roughly 60% Outpatient and 40% Inpatient plus ER.
- Weekends are all IP and ER cases
- Support Staff- A clerk is present at all times in the reading room.
