Just nine miles northwest of downtown Phoenix, Glendale is also the headquarters for the renowned Thunderbird International School of Business. Two of the most interesting monuments in Glendale are the Sugar Beet Factory Building, which was built in 1906 and the Glendale High School Auditorium, built in 1939.

- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Litchfield and then Tuesday and Thursday at Fountain must do both to work this location
- Practice Descriptions: Plain Films and Ultrasound
- Digital Platforms: Inteleviewer, Powerscribe, Radiology Information System (RIS)
- 80 - 120 studies per day
