– Must be within driving distance of facility
– Patient mix: % Peds, 5% Adolescent, 50% Adult, 43% Geriatric
– Fluoro, Injections, Arthrograms, Breast and body bx’s
– Must have active ACLS
** Provider can be eithre board certified or board eligible **
