- Monday through Friday Schedule, optional weekend shift coverage
- 10 weeks of vacation
- Performance compensation or partnership/shareholder track
- Stable organization that has provided services to the region for years
- Sub-specialists in everything providing subject matter expertise when a second opinion is needed
- Proprietary workflow and technology
- Recognized by the Washington State Radiological Society
- Preference for Breast Imaging fellowship-trained radiologists
