Facility Location
Glendale, AZ is part of Maricopa County and home of Super Bowl 2015. Just nine miles northwest of downtown Phoenix, Glendale is also the headquarters for the renowned Thunderbird International School of Business. Two of the most interesting monuments in Glendale are the Sugar Beet Factory Building, which was built in 1906 and the Glendale High School Auditorium, built in 1939.

Interventional Radiology Physician

Facility in Arizona is looking for an Interventional Radiologist for locums coverage!
- Daily Volume by Modalities: 80% of studies are from the Emergency Room, West Campus is very busy IR and Level 1 Trauma Center; a mix of diagnostic, CT, US, MR. Some nuclear medicine and mammography limited
- Charting/Dictation System: PACs Powerscribe 360
- Physician Shift Times: 1 IR at each site 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Call Requirements: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM Saturday - Sunday
- Fellowship: ABR, Fellowship in Interventional Radiology
- Process/Additional Information: When covering IR, we expect the physician to assist with some diagnostic studies IF and WHEN available – West is a very busy IR site as it’s a level one trauma center.
- Must have an active Arizona license
