A California-based hospital is in need of a radiologist who is able to provide locum tenens coverage for approximately one month beginning in early June. On the job, the provider can expect to see between 80-100 studies a day of general/hospital mix. The locum will be seeing general radiology (chest tubes, hip injections, myelography, parenthesis, lumbar punctures), Ultra Sounds (thyroid scans), PET, CT, Nuclear and MRI. The schedule will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. plus the provider might need to do weekend call. This facility uses Epic EMR.
