Coverage dates: ASAP - 6 months, possible extension 6 month extension

• Monday-Friday from 8a-4:30p

• Must be board certified or board eligible in radiology

• One active & unrestricted state license required

• BLS

• Modalities include Diagnostic Radiology, CT, US, Mammo, plain films, 3D Tomosynthesis Certification required (course can be taken prior to start date).

  1. CME – 15 hours of breast imaging CME within the last 3 years

  2. Tomosynthesis – documentation of initial 8 hours training – this could be from Hologic or some other CME program.

  3. Digital training – documentation of initial 8 hours of training

  4. Mammography log – need at least 960 within the last 2 years, SORTED BY MONTH

  5. Attestation of initial 40 hours of mammography training.

Requirements needed to be considered for the position:

• Current CV without any gaps over 30 days since completion of medical school

• One active unrestricted state medical license

• Current DEA

• 3 Current references that can attest to your clinical skills in the past 12 months

• Must have practiced all modalities within the previous 12 months

Government Facility so any state license is acceptable.
