DESCRIPTION:
~ DX Only. Neuro, MRI or ER Fellowship trained or CAQ in Neuro, need to have relevant work experience in a sub-specialized setting supporting a larger hospital. This is a 250+ bed Level 1 trauma center.
REQUIRED:
~ AZ state license; active, unrestricted
~ High Volume (80-100 cases). 50% Neuro/ER Reads, 50% General work list PF, US, etcetera
~ DEA
COMPENSATION:
~ Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)
~ Malpractice insurance provided
