Physician controlled UF Health affiliated private practice in Florida
Physician controlled private practice of 23 radiologists is recruiting due to rapid growth. The group covers two UF Health community hospitals and 6 free standing imaging centers. Full-integrated PACS connects the hospitals and outpatient centers. This is a stable, growing group! 15 to 20 weeknights per year (5 pm to midnight) / year. No overnight call. 8 to 10 weekends call coverage per year, part of which can be done from home. Post call days off.
Breast Imager – This is a chance to practice comprehensive Breast Imaging and Intervention, and be the lead of the Breast Section if candidate desires. This is a tremendously growing mammography service line. Additional bonus if candidate is able to serve as the Lead Interpretation Physician for mammography. Can be 100% breast imaging with no call if preferred.
Other Fellows (except MSK and IR) or General Radiologist – willing to do 30% in your sub, 25-30% mammo, balance in general (some CT, hospital rotations, mammo, plain/US)
Radiologists start at 380 to 400k (non-experienced), 400k+ for experienced. Baseline total compensation exceeds 450k when factoring in CME, retirement contributions and other monetized benefits. Optional additional internal daytime teleradiology moonlighting adds $15k-30k income annually. 2 year partnership track, partners enjoy 12.5 weeks off. Start at 8 weeks vacation.
