NEW Position for a General Radiologist with Breast Imaging Experience in the Greater Baltimore Area

Envision Physician Services is currently seeking a Board Certified Radiologist who is proficient across general radiology and who is MQSA Certified. Cardiac experience also a plus! The physician would be supporting Northwest Hospital and Sinai Hospital and would be the primary breast imager for the practice doing about 40% breast imaging and 60% general radiology. The provider will be joining a team of 9 fulltime radiologists at the two locations including Interventional and Diagnostic Radiologists.

The Herman and Walter Samuelson Breast Care Center at Northwest has been named a Center of Excellence. The radiologist should have experience in Digital Mammography, Breast Tomosynthesis/3D Mammography, Breast Ultrasound and Breast MRI, stereotactic and US guided breast procedures. Breast imaging will be approximately 40% of the total volume of cases performed. In addition, the physician would support general diagnostic readings having proficiency across all modalities - digital X-Ray, GI Fluoroscopy, CT and Ultrasound. MR’s are read by our subspecialty radiologists. The radiologist will be part of an onsite weekend rotation which is approximately every 5th or 6th weekend.

The hospital based radiologists are supported by our remote, robust subspecialty Teleradiology team which is available 24 hours a day. No procedures required.

Applicants must have a current ABR/AOBR certification and current Maryland licensure is preferred.

Professional services and interpretations of radiological examinations excluding IR are provided by board-certified radiologists on a contractual basis from ARS and RadCare. IR professional services are provided by Lifebridge-hired board-certified radiologist's.
