Teleradiologist Physician in California
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 7 on/7 off
Teleradiology, 7 Days On / 7 Days Off, Work from Home
$450,000, Employed plus Full Benefits, Partnership Track
- 7 days on, 7 days off with flexible schedule
- 8.5-hour shifts that span from 5pm to 8am
- General Radiology individual case mix can vary however our client’s overall case mix is 67% CT, 15% US, 14% X-ray, 3% MRI, and 1% Nuclear Medicine
- Approximately 48% of the exams receive final reports and 52% receive preliminary reports
- There is always a physician on call for back up if you need it, due to high caseload or simply if you want a second opinion
- Read at your own speed, you are paid on an RVUs produced production model
- 4-month minimum salary guarantee to provide you security while ramping up, most physicians ramp up very quickly and are at their version of full speed within 2 to 3 months
- 15 exams per hour would result in approximately $350,000 per year, 22 exams per hour would result in $450,000 per year, and so on
- Year-end bonus for all providers based on the profitability of the organization in 2016 each physician received an additional $45,000 on top of their production income
- Employed plus full benefits, health insurance premiums paid 100% by the practice for the physician and dependents
- Based in California our client has business across the United States
