A New York client is looking for a vascular/interventional radiologist who is available for a locum tenens coverage need starting in mid March. The client is looking for a locum who can provide on-site coverage 2/22 - 2/26 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., as well as weekend call coverage from 5 p.m. on 2/19 - 8 a.m. on 2/22. The chosen locum will be responsible for general/plain films, digital mammo, needle localizations, ultrasound, OB, abdominal/pelvis, thyroid scans, biopsies, aspiration/drainage, CT, CT angio, MRI including musculoskeletal, neuro MRI, general nuclear medicine, venous and arterial angiography & plasty, stenting, thrombolytic therapy, embolization therapy, interventional (body, non-neuro) PICCS, IVC, TIPS, tube insertion, above and below diaphragm, bone, abscess drainage, thoracentesis & paracentesis, and hysterosalpingogram. The client prefers a locum who is also comfortable with fluoroscopic, MQSA, breast biopsies, breast MRI, MRA, MSK, PET scans, and arthrogram (general, heads, shoulder, knees, etc.).
