An initial annual base salary of $270,000 paid bi-weekly. It is understood that your initial role will be the full-time interventionist for the Kenosha facility (performing procedures, center branding, physician interaction and community marketing).

NOTE: WE would ask that you begin to market (and other necessary responsibilities) the center no less than 30 hours per week to the medical community roughly 45 days prior to the center opening (actual date to be defined in February/March). The center will compensate you two thousand dollars ($2000) weekly until such time that the center will be open for procedures.

Hours of operation and days of the week will be determined when the center(s) open however it is understood that it will be at the best interests of the medical community, patient population and Center ownership.
