Clinician Type: Neuro Interventional Radiology Physician

Unit/Dept: Hospital Neuroradiology Department

Unit Details: 80% adult, 10% Peds, 10% Trauma

Patient Volume: 10 pts per provider per day.

Additional Providers/Support Staff: Lab Techs, Rad Techs, Rehab specialists.

EMR System(s): EPIC

Required Certs: BC in Neurology, radiology, or neurosurgery required. ACLS.

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Ongoing: 1-2 weeks per month.

Shift: 12hr Days plus evening call; 7 shifts on, 7 shifts off.

Housing/Travel: Provided.

Notes: Provider will float between 4 sister facilities; St. Johns, Holy Cross, St. Josephs, and Little Company of Mary.
*2 year fellowship in Neuro Interventional Radiology preferred.
**Call will not be at all 4 locations at once. Provider will replace the hospital that the permanent wasscheduled for that week.
