Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible fellowship trained Interventional Radiologist to join a 9 member highly functioning, collaborative group of radiologists. You may expect a rewarding multi-specialty practice in a growing physician led financially stable organization, committed to high quality patient care and patient satisfaction. This is a very unique practice opportunity offering a wide array of both vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures with full support for practice development and innovation from the department and practice administration. The position offers a nice mix of interventional and diagnostic radiology responsibilities (30-40% interventional and 60-70% diagnostic). There are two state of the art Siemens biplane suites shared with cardiology and one Siemens single plain interventional suite on site; approximately 1100-1200 non-vascular and vascular interventional exams per year.
  • Fellowship trained Interventional Radiologist
  • Proficiency in general radiology for outpatient, inpatient, and emergency medicine also required
  • Mammography skills are a plus but not required
  • Interventional call of 1:3 compensated internally by “comp time.” Some diagnostic call needed as well including both weekday and weekend shifts.

Qualifications:

Advanced fellowship training in Interventional Radiology VIR or IR/DR subspecialty certification or eligibility.
