IR needed in Texas

Private practice of 9 seeks an IR to join their team! Practice will consider 2019 Fellows. The practice consists of 7 partners and 2 part-timers. They cover the radiology services at one hospital and a couple of imaging centers. The volume per rad is approximately 100 studies per day. Expect to do 50% IR and balance in general. Regular workday is 7am until 5pm. There is a late shift (noon – 9pm) every three weeks or so. They have 24 hour coverage. Weekend call is 1:4 (both Saturday and Sunday - you are paid an extra $3,000 for IR call. There are night shifts available (not mandatory) if you want and you will be paid additional $$! Starting salary is 400k, 8 weeks vacation, full benefits including family health, malpractice and maximum contributions into retirement. Partnership after 1st year earning over 500k. Located minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and an hour and a half from Houston.
