COMPANY PROFILE:
This organization was founded in 2013 by well-established New York physicians who wanted to respond to the changing healthcare environment. Today, the practice encompasses more than 250 employees and 70 medical providers. They operate 15+ clinics throughout Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Manhattan. In addition to a robust primary care service line, the organization offers radiology, cardiology, PM&R, pediatrics, and hematology/oncology, with several additional specialties opening soon, including ophthalmology. They are currently seeking new providers due to growth.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new radiologist will read a variable number of studies per day, providing care guidance to other physicians.

The duties will include, but are not limited to:

- body imaging
- general diagnostic work
- reading CT scans/ultrasounds, both plain film and fluoroscopy
- breast imaging / mammography

Please note that the position is largely body imaging with overflow work for other areas as needed.

The clinics use the MDLand EHR.

The new radiologist will be asked to rotate between offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn and all work is performed on-site.

The new radiologist will have the option to function as the radiology program director, if desired. This is not required, but provides an excellent leadership opportunity for interested physicians. The physician would have the autonomy to run and make changes to the radiology function.

REQUIREMENTS:
- New York medical license

- experience in body imaging
