Premier Medical Specialists, LLC, and Tenet Physician Resources are seekinga fellowship trained Pulmonologist.There is a serious need in the community as the hospital does not currently have a Pulmonologist providing services. Joining Premier Medical Specialists, LLC, means joining a group of 9 physicians and 2 PAs that provide primary care, general surgery services, advanced laparoscopic services, cardiology services, and obesity/bariatric medical services.

Position details:

Employed position through Premier Medical Specialists (managed and operated by Tenet Healthcare)
Inpatient pulmonary coverage at Des Peres Hospital.
Outpatient clinic on campus at Des Peres Hospital (two days per week).
Des Peres Hospital, St. Louis MO, is a 143 bed acute care community hospital offering a full range of medical and surgical services.
Outpatient clinic (two days per week) at Jersey Community Hospital.
Also serve as pulmonary resource for inpatient physicians at Jersey Community Hospital.
Jerseyville Hospital, Jerseyville, IL, is a 67 IP bed, full service hospital that participates in alliances and associations, it remains an independent facility.
Privileges at which hospitals and time at each: Des Peres Hospital 3 days and Jersey Community Hospital 2 days per week.
Procedures at Des Peres Hospital include bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, ventilator management, lung biopsy and lung drainage.
Consult average 2 3 daily.


Candidates must be fellowship trained in Pulmonology, BC/BE, 2-3 years of experience highly preferred. Please submit CV for immediate consideration.
