Pulmonary Critical Care position in the Boston market with leadership role

Job details:
- BC/BE Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine (Sleep Medicine can be a plus, but not required)
- Joining a progressive private practice with 4 PulmCC physicians and NP/PA support
- Work Schedule: M-F / Weekend call of 1:4
- A mixture of inpatient pulmonary consults, ICU and outpatient pulmonary practice
- Leadership options are available within the practice and/or within affiliated hospitals
- Base Salary guarantee plus full benefits package - 5 weeks of PTO, malpractice coverage, and healthcare insurance
- Partnership track offered after 2 years
- The practice is around a 30-minute drive north of Boston
