- Coverage:
- March 1-ongoing
- 7am-7pm
- Clinical Detail:
- 25 bed hospital
- 30 percent med/70 percent surg
- 3-6 ICU patients
- Mostly surgical plus 8-12 step down level patients to be seen by intensivist plus a 12 hour daytime CC APP who can do procedures
- Patient mix is ICU is 60-70 surgical but pretty big surgeries such as esophagectomy
- Closed ICU
- Will work with APPs
Granting emergency privileges
Will take all residency pathways to critical care
