Pulmonary Critical Care opening in Dayton - Full-time, permanent position Are you looking to practice the full range of pulmonary and critical care, continue to teach, expand your knowledge and skills and determine your specific career path in one of the top performing pulmonary and critical care programs in the country? This is a unique opportunity for a board certified/board eligible pulmonary and critical care or intensivist physician to join our busy, private practice group. We are dedicated to providing our patients the highest quality of care in a large tertiary care teaching hospital. Our ten-member group works closely with the health system to direct ICU, pulmonary services and sleep medicine. The practice offers comprehensive ICU care, broad scope pulmonary medicine practice, interventional pulmonary opportunities, and state of the art amenities. We have longstanding and nurturing, collaborative relationships with surgeons, consulting and referring physicians, hospitalists and hospital staff as well as in our established out-patient practice. The candidate can expect a collegial, team approach to provide the highest level of patient care. Our vision is to continue building our team of physicians by creating satisfying careers in a family-friendly atmosphere. - The candidate will practice at local hospitals as well as in several outpatient practice locations. - 996 licensed beds at main hospital and Level I Trauma Center - Ohios busiest emergency room - 24/7 in-house ACNP and resident physicians in the ICU - ACNP support for inpatient and outpatient Pulmonary practice - Highly compensated base salary in addition to built-in productivity from onset - Flexible career path development - EMR and wireless communication in the hospital and private practice office - Calls and weekends shared equally among all physicians - Well-established referral base - Resident and medical student teaching and lecture series - Academic appointment, Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine - Partnership track 1 to 2 years
