Seeking a second pulmonary/critical care doctor to work with current pulmonology/critical care physician (who is also the CMO of our facility). There are two anesthesia/critical care physicians.
Open ICU
All of hospitalists are adept at procedures, but the critical care docs back them up if needed.
Salary based upon MGMA figures
Full benefits including paid malpractice, benefits package, relocation, CME allowance.
Stipend for early commitment
The way we work hospital-owned physician practices is to treat them as if the MD is the owner. At the end of the year, the physician receives 100% of the profits of the practice as if they owned the practice.
