- Location: 50 mins from Lexington, KY
- Coverage Dates: ASAP ongoing
- Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm, no call or weekends
- Practice Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
- Patient Volume: Average 20 patients per day
- Must be KY licensed and Board Certified
