HealthCare Partners is looking for a Full-Time Pulmonologist to join our specialty team in the Long Beach community. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Position Details:

  • Location: HCP – Atlantic (2699 Atlantic Avenue, Long Beach)
  • Position is Full-Time: Monday – Friday; primarily outpatient setting
  • Call Schedule: 1:6 home call and 1:4 weekend shift per month
  • Diagnose, stabilize and manage patients with acute lung illnesses and injuries, perform variety of testing to assess and treat patients.
  • Daily Patient Census: 18-20 patients

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted California State Medical License
  • Current California DEA certificate
  • BC/BE in Pulmonology
  • Minimum 1-3 years Pulmonary / Critical Care experience, managed care background preferred
  • Open to 2019 Fellow Grads
  • Excellent patient care; time management skills.
EMR proficient
