Med Consulting Partners, INC is currently searching for a Board Certified Pulmonologist to assist the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Salisbury, NC. This is a 6-month contract with an additional 6-month extension attached to it (Possibly longer). Below are some details. If interested, please contact me to discuss further.
Details:
Client: Veteran Affairs Medical Center
Location: Salisbury, NC
Dates: 6 month contract upon being accepted and credentialing completed (Additional 6 month extension after initial 6 months)
Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-430pm
Duties:
- Provide Intensive Care/Critical Care services and inpatient/outpatient services
- Performs procedures such as: thoracentesis, central line placement, arterial line placements, bronchoscopies, bedside bronchoscopies, intubation procedures, patient rounding, bedside echo, PFT interpretations. Additional skill sets such as sleep study interpretations and EBUS procedures may be supported.
On-Call Schedule: Minimum of eight (8) weeknights and (1) weekend per month. Additional on-call times will be handled on a case by case basis.
Licensure: Any State License will work
Certification: Must be Board-Certified in accordance with American Board of Internal Medicine.
