VISTA is working with a client in Iowa in need of a Pulmonologist. Must be board certified and have IA license at time of submission, preferably.
-Full-time
-7a-5p in-house call, plus night beeper call 5p-7a
-Weekends- as needed
-August 1, 2018 - ongoing until perm found
-ICU coverage - 24/7 X 7 days
-Locum needs to be In-house for Code Blue
-Locum can expect 8-16 patients in ICU
-Pulmonology in-patients are 8-9 (light)
-Consults on all CT Surg, Neuro Surg, General Surg
-Doctor only rounds in ICU, no step down
-Facility would prefer a Sleep Fellowship but not mandatory
-Level II Trauma Center.
-EMR is Cerner
-Locums will be supported by hospitalists, mid-levels and CRNAs
