Tenet Healthcare is actively seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care physician to join a well-established group in Tucson, AZ. The group is comprised of 8 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners with locations on the west and east side of Tucson. They provide a full range of services including sleep consult appointments. This position includes five days of clinic, three times a month and then 4-6 day shifts (12-hours) in the hospital for one week. Partnership track is available after 2 years.
Candidates must be BE/BC with fellowship training in pulmonary critical care. Additional sleep medicine training is preferred.
Tucson is a city of 1 million people that is often described as having a smaller town feel. Surrounded on all sides by mountain ranges, Tucson is renowned for its natural beauty and sunsets. Located in the high Sonoran desert, it offers great outdoor recreation (hiking, biking, golf, etc.) and is only a 45-minute drive to alpine forests and skiing and 4 hours to beaches in Mexico.
