this is not the type of position for someone wanting full time including hospital.

This is office only. There is either no or minimal call, plenty of referrals, and full PFT's in office, and full radiology across the hall. No bronchoscopy or hospital admissions or hospital rounds.

Schedule is currently 2 days a week, but could be easily expanded if desired.

ideal candidate

1. 1. Board Certified Pulmonologist
   2. Sleep Medicine Boards helpful but not required.
   3. Part time - 2 days per week, longer work week potentially available.
   4. Minimal call. Weekends off.
   5. Office patients only. No ER coverage required.

Duties to include:

1. 1. Pulmonary or Pulmonary-Sleep patients
   2. New office Patient workups
   3. Revisit office Patient workups
   4. Reading Pulmonary Function Tests
   5. Minimal night call.
   6. No hospital rounds or in-hospital workups.
   7. Hospital affiliation may be useful for facilitating office access to patient hospital records.

Techniques/ Specialty utilized:

1. 1. Full Pulmonary Function Lab.
   2. 6 min walk.
   3. Full free-standing Radiology available across the hall.
      1. CXR
      2. CT
      3. MRI
      4. US
   4. Bronchoscopy (optional)

Office hours and days candidate will work: 2 days per week, 9a-6p

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys practicing high quality pulmonary medicine and making meaning in their work while also having time off for family, education, or other activities.
