$480,000 Salary

- Monthly Schedule – rotating weeks: Week 1: Critical Care, Week 2 OFF, Week 3: inpatient, week 4 outpatient
- 6 weeks PTO
- Benefits include: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, 5% retirement match and malpractice
- $20,000 sign-on and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance. 1-week CME
- Job Requirements: Physician with MD/DO degree and Board Certified or Board Eligible with a valid medical license
