Gould Medical Group is looking for a Pulmonary/Critical Care physician in Tracy, CA.

Sutter Health-affiliated Gould Medical Group is a growing 380+ provider multi-specialty group located about 1.5 hours east of San Francisco, California. Our communities offer quick access to the bay area as well as other local hot spots such as Napa Valley, Yosemite, and Lake Tahoe.

Open Positions:

  • Tracy, California

Position Details:

  • Pulmonary/Critical Care/Sleep Medicine
  • Practice full range of Pulmonary and Critical Care; Sleep Medicine is optional
  • Base Salary: $400,000, plus sign-on bonus
  • RVU based compensation model starting in year 2
  • RVU Bonus potential during salary guarantee period
  • Schedule: 4 day clinic
  • Call coverage is one in three weeks in Tracy
  • Call pay on top of salary
  • Hospital: Sutter Tracy Community Hospital
  • Full hospitalist support for inpatient
  • Pulmonary Function Tests, Bronchoscopy, Vent management
  • Average of 25 patients per day in clinic
  • Department members: 4
  • 75+ referring physicians on-site from Gould Medical Group
  • Excellent subspecialty support
  • Stable and growing group
  • EPIC electronic medical record
  • ICU directorship available in Tracy (optional)
