Multiple practice locations available
* $400K Base Salary + Signing bonus
* Board Certified Sleep Medicine / Pulmonary Critical Care opportunity
* Call is 1:5 with 1 weekend of call per month from home call
* Supported by APPs in the ICU - 24/7 ICU coverage
* Established referrals from over 3000 physicians
* State-of-the-art facilities
