- Pulmonary and Critical Care Medical Group adding a physician
- Join 6 board certified Pulmonary, Critical Care physicians
- Combined Pulmonary and Critical Care
- Partnership opportunity
- 28 bed state of the art combined medical/surgical critical care unit
COMBINED PULM & CC:
- One week in four dedicated to the ICU 8 PM - 5 PM for seven consecutive days
- Three weeks out of four in the office (around 9 AM- 5 PM) with weekends off and one day off during the week
- On call every fourth night (from home-no in house call)
- Opportunity includes teaching resident physicians
- Competitive compensation package is intended to lead to full partnership
- 2 years income guarantee based on MGMA prior to transitioning to partnership
- Partners have 8 weeks off per year
- Lovely seaside community located less than one hour from Los Angeles
