OLE Health provides primary care to more than 37,000 patients in nine sites covering two counties annually including families as well as adults with complex medical and behavioral health problems. The CMO is responsible for overseeing all primary care delivery for the health center as well as for recruiting and mentoring a diverse clinical staff. The CMO is the clinical leader on the health center’s leadership team and is involved in access, quality, and financial outcomes.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CMO is a key member of the Executive Team engaged in defining, developing, and executing the overall strategy and direction of the organization. OLE Health seeks a physician with at least five (5) years of primary care experience including the progressively responsible management of multi-site clinical operations. We seek a creative leader who communicates well and articulates a vision for community health.

This is an opportunity for a visionary physician leader with a passion for community health to join a vibrant, financially strong organization with innovative leadership and a supportive board. The CMO will drive the identification, development and ongoing evaluation of programs and initiatives that have measurable impact on the quality of care delivery and health outcomes of this population.
