Psychiatrist Opportunity - Correction Care Solutions

Correct Care Solutions is currently seeking a full time Psychiatrist for the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections. This will be a 40 hour a week position and you'll be home for dinner every night! No cancellation hassles or the stress of owning your own practice.

  • Provide a full range of psychiatric services to inmates (both male and female)

  • Provide clinical consultation regarding identified cases to mental health and health care staff

  • Documentation of all psychiatric evaluations and/or treatment in inmate's health record utilizing approved psychiatric templates/forms

Louisville Metro Department of Corrections headquarters is located at 400 S. Sixth St. Louisville, KY 40202. Our lobby is open to the public for information 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

All inmates have certain rights relative to the condition of confinement. These rights as per Kentucky administrative regulations and are addressed through access to courts attorney, mail, telephone, grievance procedures, search and seizure, disciplinary procedures, medical, mental healthcare, and religion.
