Job Summary:
Health System is seeking a child and adolescent psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team in Western North Carolina.Qualified Candidates:
- Board certified or board eligible
- Practicing physicians and new grads are encouraged to apply
- Please note that this position does not offer visa support

About Behavioral Health Services:
- Nine bed adolescent and eight bed child psychiatry unit
- Three adult, one geriatric, one child, and one adolescent inpatient unit - totaling 82 beds
- 23-bed emergency department psychiatric evaluation area and 10-bed behavioral health pod in the new hospital emergency department
- Consultation on the pediatrics service and in the emergency department
- Active ECT program
- Involvement in teaching and supervision as part of new residency training program with academic appointment possible
