Job Description

Last Update: 6/19/23

I am searching for a board certified or eligible child and adolescent or adult psychiatrist to practice in a setting of their choice. There is a child and adolescent outpatient position, an adult inpatient medical directorship position, an outpatient adult position, as well as Tele-Psychiatry opportunities (in house, can mix and match!)

This practice has been serving the community for over 35 years and is accredited by the Joint Commission. Their mission it to help make their communities healthier through a focus on “whole-person” health with values on dignity, integrity, productivity, and community.

I am not a head hunter. I seek to find the most viable fit for my candidates and my clients by being a true liaison for you. I seek to assist in all moving parts from our initial conversation to finalizing a contract with both parties parameters in mind rather than taking you down an illicit sales funnel.

Practice

  • Highly competitive compensation with a guaranteed base salary, productivity options, and annual bonuses that can gross you over $325,000 annually.
  • OPTIONAL oversight of NP/PA for additional compensation
  • Pick up optional call at the hospital for $300 per week night and $4,500 per weekend.
  • Annual quality bonus
  • Turn-key practice taking over for a retiring physician
  • Excellent loan repayment options
  • 34 PTO days
  • Relocation allowance
  • Full comprehensive benefits including dependent coverage
  • Retirement plans

Community

  • Among the lowest tax rates in the nation
  • Housing costs and cost of living index are way below the national average
  • Tort-Reformed state
  • Ample housing options available from older, historic communities to newer construction
  • Great location near some of the most sought after suburbs in the country
  • Live in a family-oriented and safe community in the metropolitan area, a suburb, or a bedroom community
  • Top-rated universities throughout the state
  • Unmatched quality of public and private schools
  • Golf, horseback riding, hiking, fishing, biking, boating, camping, or hunting
  • Outstanding local restaurants, entertainment, and other amenities
  • Cultural activities include theatre, dramatic arts, symphony, choir, and more
