New Startup company that is technology based, cutting edge that can change the face of behavioral health. Physicians can use technology to track the patient’s response to medication. Plus, it is 100% outpatient, with no weekends and no on-call (for permanent full-time positions).
- Locations with Openings: San Jose, Anaheim Hills
- Part-time weekend also available in established offices in San Francisco and San Jose.
- Earning Potential:
- Salaried Employee: full-time only 40 hr/week, 48 weeks a year 10 holidays off
- Options for earning equity in the company
- Malpractice: client pays for hired docs malpractice insurance
- Team-based company, weekly meetings as a team to discuss difficult cases, experiences, new studies etc.
- Created a user-friendly, intuitive, mental health EHR (electronic health record) and a CBT phone app for patients which is expected at the end of this year.
- Currently, there is not really a way to monitor and identify what medication is working and what isn’t. However, with tracking, psychiatrists are able to objectively see the life of the patient and how different lifestyle changes, medications affect them. They can track a patient’s progress, self-reported and as judged by providers - they can correlate this with studies that have already taken place. It allows them to be pro-active as opposed too re-active.
