Laurel Oaks Behavioral Health Center in Dothan Alabama is currently recruiting a new Child Psychiatrist for their Inpatient and Residential Treatment programs. Laurel Oaks Behavioral Health Center provides Acute Psychiatric Hospitalization and Residential Treatment services for children and adolescents ages four to eighteen. The campus is located in Dothan, AL on a ten-acre campus approximately 20 miles from both Florida and Georgia. The position duties include admission evaluations and assessments, treatment team management, daily care of patients and administrative duties as related to patient care in our inpatient and residential treatment program services. This position is 10-15 hours a week with a very flexible Monday – Friday schedule and a very lucrative Independent Contract opportunity.
*Ideal candidates will be board certified /eligible in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry with an AL license or the ability to obtain.
