Seeking:

1. Child Psychiatrist preferred but will accept Adult or Substance Abuse or other specialty
2. Research is an option
3. CA license already in hand or in process preferred
4. Must type by touch since we are all digital

Summary: 19 patients per 8 hour day, 48 wks/yr (4 weeks vacation) which is about 2.3 patients per hour. Extra pay can come from TMS patients, or increasing to 3 patients per hr. This is for adult psychiatrist doing 95% insurance/5% cash, already including a 20% no-show/no-pay rate. Pay is GOOD.

For child psychiatrist doing 50% adult on insurance and 50% cash for children, 12-15 patients per 8 hour day. This is only 2 patients per hour. If they have some days with 2.5-3 patients per hour, much higher pay, also adding TMS pays extra.

Additional terms: Contractor physicians can choose their own days off, their own insurance mix and their own patient mix. This is one of the ONLY practices that does not force them to take all comers, and they can decline to take on a patient after the first evaluation as well, at their discretion.

Finally, for newer grads/fellows, I offer many hours/wk of personal EMR training, mentoring, help with progress notes and other admin matters doctor-to-doctor. There is no office manager between them and me.

No inpatient, call, weekend or holidays necessary. This is fully outpatient.
