Cedar Springs Behavioral Healthcare Services in Colorado Springs has been compassionately treating Children with exceptional needs since 1922. We are currently seeking to add an Inpatient General / Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to our inpatient services team.

DETAILS:

Job title: Inpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist.
Responsible for initial evaluations and assessments, treatment team leadership, and daily care of assigned patients.
Average 12-14 total patient encounters per day.
Caseload consists of primarily child & adolescents ages 5-17.
Minimal weekends & overnight call - 1:4 weekends (admissions & discharges), once per week overnight call by phone only.
This position offers an optional Program Director/Unit Directorship, for those interested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

MD/DO degree from an accredited program (required).
Board certified or board eligible Psychiatry (required).
Board certified or board eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (highly preferred).
Licensed to practice in the State of CO or the ability to obtain a CO medical license.
Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
