POSITION SUMMARY Full Time

A dynamic, internally motivated professional who will function in a role to provide medical services as per state guidelines and in collaboration with Medical Director and Director of Nursing to ensure continuity of care to the patient.

Day to day includes:

• General psychiatric initial evaluations. These may include: mental status evaluations, assessments, admission orders.
• Collaboration with the Medical Director and Clinical leads concerning admissions, and reviews.
• These needs come in sporadically as we operate 24 hours a day, the Psychiatrist would need to have on-call capabilities to tend to the electronic document, and or request related to patients admission qualifications within their shift.
• This position offers telehealth access for many of the services we provide to our patients such as admission review.
• IOP on site needs can be further discussed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Board Certified and licensed DO or MD in the state of employment.
• Buprenorphine certification completed within 60 days of hire or contract.
• DEA certified.
