**Psychiatry Job Opening in Charleston, WV** **About the Opportunity:** - Full-time, permanent - Employed position - J1 visa eligible - Multi-specialty physician group made up of over 80 providers - Outpatient clinic setting - Multiple opportunities - Board Certified/Board Eligible - Base Salary: 225K, guaranteed for 2 years (3 years for J1 candidate) - Production Incentives: wRVUs with a set target - Meditech EHR - Sign-on bonus - Retention bonus used for student loan repayment (20k/yr) - Relocation allowance (10K) - Malpractice insurance - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Life insurance - Disability insurance - 401k Match - CME Allowance (5K/yr); Includes license/dues/subscriptions - Physicians take time off at their discretion; excellent work-life balance
