Our growing Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC) is actively seeking a highly motivated, academically oriented psychiatrist with specialty training in Psychosomatic Medicine. The ideal candidate will have interest and experience in psycho-oncology and/or addictions.

This is a unique opportunity to develop a dedicated program focused on psycho-oncology at our Comprehensive Cancer Center. Resources are available for qualified candidates with ambitions to develop a robust program clinical research.

Requirements: Candidates must have completed an accredited residency training program in Psychiatry, with fellowship training and/or experience adequate for BE/BC in Psychosomatic Medicine, and must have or be eligible to obtain a license to practice medicine in the state of Ohio.

The OSUWMC is one of the largest and most diverse medical centers in the country and the only academic medical center in central Ohio and Columbus (Ohio’s largest and most rapidly growing metropolitan region); it is currently in a phase of rapid expansion of its programs in order to fulfill its academic missions.
