Charlotte Area Not-For-Profit Health System is recruiting for a dynamic Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a growing 7 provider practice that is a part of an employed medical group of 400 providers.
Competitive compensation package offers 340k income in year 1
Outpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatry practice with opportunity for inpatient
Collaborative, team oriented psychiatric care team that includes experienced Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, licensed social workers, counselors, and psychologists
Autonomous practice environment offering great flexibility in scheduling
Opportunity for mentorship and continued growth within the organization
Truly a physician led organization with physicians at every level of leadership
Above market compensation package that includes guaranteed salary, quality incentive bonus, and a retention bonus
Never ending base salary, quality incentive bonus, retention bonus, sign on, and relocation
