Responsibilities for the program director include program development and evaluation, recruiting, selecting, evaluating, and supervising residents; monitoring, evaluating, and coordinating courses and rotations; chairing the residency training committee and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have previous teaching experience in a psychiatric residency program.
