Adult Inpatient Psychiatrist Job in Northern Utah

Details/Requirements:
*Adult inpatient coverage for 40 hours a week
*7 days on, 7 days off, plus call starting 7/1/21 (possibly sooner) x ongoing.
*See 10-14 patients per day on the unit.
*Average length of stay is 6-7 days.
*Rounding on the unit every day Monday-Sunday from 8am-5pm.
*Call coverage is every week night and every weekend night after rounds for each 7 days the locum tenens Doctor is working.
*Average 3-7 calls per night, 2 admissions per night.
*On-call physician handles after hours admissions.
*The locum tenens doctor will not handle E.R.
*Support Staff: RN, Tech and Social Worker.
*EMR: Meditech
