- Monday to Friday schedule, possibly weekends and evening nights.
- The provider will be seeing all adults, 18+, with depression, anxiety, unipolar, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, no active harm situation patients in an outpatient setting.
- 16-20 patient load., 1-hour initial, 30 evals, 15-minute med management.
- Must have a laptop, secure working environment.
- Board-certified and board-eligible considered.
- Must have an active New York License.
